 The Foundation for Ohio Guard and Reserve is a public, non-profit, tax-exempt, charitable 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to serving Ohio's Guard and Reserve units, their employers and their families.

 To provide financial support to the Ohio Guard and Reserve through the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) and Family Support Programs.

The oversight of the Foundation is held in the Board of Directors with a Chairman/CEO, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Three to Seven Board Members.  All board members are volunteer with no compensated staffing.
